Real-world impact across Banking, Digital Ecosystems, and Financial Services
Powering a Multi-Entity
Rewards Program
with Zero PII Sharing
Challenge / Problem Statement
The client was launching a massive ecosystem in 2025 covering payments, loans, insurance, investments, and banking. The big roadblock was data privacy. They had to figure out a way to run a single loyalty program across different corporate entities without sharing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) between them.
Solutions & Approach
Loylty Rewardz built a “Multi-Entity Zero PII Sharing” architecture. Essentially, each business unit—including the payments bank, insurance division, finance arm, digital platforms, and investment venture—gets its own separate ledger to keep data locked down. From there, they set up a real-time framework to reward users for daily actions across the ecosystem.
Execution
The program rolled out in 2025 via the client’s primary finance app. They integrated a Progressive Web App (PWA) directly inside the finance and flagship ecosystem apps, so users didn’t have to download a separate rewards app. The system was configured with specific triggers for UPI transactions, bill payments, and cross-selling.
Outcome
The platform successfully met the multi-firm scale requirements and is currently managing about 3 million active users. It successfully connected five distinct financial entities securely, setting a standard for integrated digital holding loyalty programs.
Impact Created
This created a highly secure, closed-loop system. Users earn rewards on basic financial and insurance actions and can spend them on travel, E-Gift Vouchers, and future air miles, all without breaching any data silos or privacy policies of the individual underlying platforms.
